03Simulators

Play the outside world.
Funnels, buyers, vendors.

Stand in for the Offer Owner's funnel and store, the buyers on the phone and every vendor the marketplace depends on.

01 / The Offer Owner's funnel

Send warm leads

Signed Events API lead.created events: realistic US names, fictional 555-01XX numbers, states inside calling hours right now and cart values from the offer's prices.

Online Sales Associates get a dispatch card at once.

Force vendor outcomes

Force the result of the next identity checks, Offer Owner charges and calls. A forced outcome stays until you set it back to Normal.

Refunds and chargebacks

The store reports a refund or chargeback on a paid order. Before release the sale reverses; after payout the commission is clawed back from future earnings.

05 / The worker

Run a tick now

In production the worker runs every few seconds. Here it runs on Sales Associate heartbeats, dashboards, clock moves and this button: dispatch offers expire and cascade, callbacks come due, holds release, disputes auto-accept.

04Demo inbox

Every email and text.
Nothing really sent.

Hi Priya Shah, your Offer Owner account is ready. Setup takes about 15 minutes: confirm your email, add company details (EIN and DNC registry SAN), sign the agreement and connect billing. You only pay for verified sales.

05Guided tours

Three walkthroughs.
Start to finish.

Each step links straight to the right host, signed in as the right person. Pick a tour; the first button starts it in a new tab.

Tour A · ~12 min · 10 steps

Offer Owner: zero → live

A brand signs up, builds an offer with live economics, gets approved and publishes.

Start tour A
  1. 01

Sign in as Fresh Harvest Co. (just signed up), or create your own Offer Owner account.

  2. 02

Confirm the email — the 6-digit code lands in the demo inbox.

  3. 03

Company details: EIN (only the last 4 are kept), signer and the National DNC SAN.

  4. 04

Sign the Offer Owner Agreement and the Acceptable Offers Policy.

  5. 05

Billing: connect a bank (simulated Stripe Financial Connections) and pay the refundable deposit.

  6. 06

Build the offer — 8 steps with autosave. On Terms, the economics card shows what a Sales Associate earns and what you pay per verified sale.

  7. 07

Submit for review, then switch to Maya and approve it. Summit Mastermind is already waiting in her queue.

  8. 08

Back as the Offer Owner: Connect → create the Events API connection, send a test lead and a test order.

  9. 09

A certified Sales Associate is required: as Ana, request access and certify; approve her on the offer's Associates tab.

  10. 10

Go-live checklist → Publish. Then send leads to it from the simulators.

06Under the hood

What's real.
What's simulated.

The flows, states and ledger postings are production code. Only the vendors at the edges are stand-ins.

Real in this demo

A fully separate backend

The marketplace has its own database, auth, vendor accounts and secrets. It never reads or writes the iSellForYou floor; floor code is only ever copied, with a provenance header. In production the same SQL runs on a dedicated Supabase project; here it runs on PGlite (Postgres compiled to WebAssembly) inside the dev server.

  • One API surface: api.* functions run as definer, take the actor from the session, re-check persona and status, and return projections only — a buyer's phone, email or address never leaves the encrypted vault (Sales Associates see “(•••) •••-0142”).
  • Three hosts, one app: sales.*, offer.* and market-ops.* each render only their own pages, with a separate session cookie per host. This hub is the plain host.
  • Offer builder, immutable brief and terms versions, ops review
  • Events API intake (HMAC-signed, idempotent) and consent records
  • Dispatch: 30-second offers, cascades, pull pool, presence
  • The dial gate: recipient-local calling windows, DNC and suppressions, consent/EBR windows, 3 attempts per 24 h
  • Rule-based QA grader, strikes, verification of every sale
  • Double-entry ledger, holds, weekly statements, maker/checker charges and payout batches, refunds and clawbacks

Simulated

Vendors behind real contracts

No network call ever reaches a real vendor. Each one sits behind an adapter with the production contract, so the flows, states and ledger postings are the real ones.
